As the Founder of Allied Health Admin Services, I’ve sourced a virtual team who are all highly experienced in helping allied health practitioners with their business admin. Our team have a combined experience of more than 30 years so you can rest assured they know all the ins and outs of allied health.
Our team specialises in:

Working remotely, our team are highly competent in using online software and platforms to increase efficiency and run your business. Our team is highly specialised in the allied health industry:
- Creating client files on the Department of Social Services platform
- Data entry and submissions for the Department of Social Services
- As NDIS and PRODA specialists, we can create booking requests for your clients, and enter service bookings onto your practices NDIS and PRODA platforms
- Trained in most allied health Practice Management Systems including Cliniko, Halaxy, iinsight, and Case Manager
- We are also highly proficient in Google Calendar

Founder & Juggler
I’ve worked in medical and allied health admin my entire career (over 20 years!). Starting in radiology, I honed my medical administration skills, advancing my career as I learnt all there was to know. When I started my family, I changed positions to work for a general practice that employed 15 doctors so quickly learnt what it meant to be organised and run a tight ship! As my family grew and I needed more flexibility, I thought why not do this virtually and run my own business? So, I did! Now employing a team, my business has become known as NDIS specialists, and for the high level of support we offer allied health professionals. And I’m so proud!
When I’m not running my team or juggling my business around the family, there’s nothing I love better than hitting the gym, having a wine, taking an annual ski holiday, or doing nothing but relaxing (or trying too).
Online Business Manager
As one of the first Certified Online Business Managers (OBM®) in Australia, I support Jen in all the back end and business operations to allow her to curate her own genius. Having worked online for over 10 years, I’ve learnt how to think outside the box to create robust processes and procedures, implement systems and to find ways to bring ideas, products or services to life.
When I’m not managing the business’s day to day projects, operations, teams and client relationships, you’ll find me lazing by the pool with a cocktail in hand, dreaming of my next lot of travel plans.
I’ve been working as a Nurse for the last 9 years, and I also studied law and computer science at University. Due to a roller-skating injury, I won’t be returning to nursing. I am so grateful that an opportunity came up with Allied Health Admin Services to help other health professionals!
I really love working with Allied Health Admin Services as it gives me a chance to use my skills in a new way. I believe that team spirit helps us all succeed.
In my downtime, I am busy with my husband and son! They are crazy fun. I also help run my family distillery, enjoy the outdoors, love live music, and I’m a huge Tolkien nerd.
I have eleven years experience in the Medical Administration field, with six of these years spent in dedicated Allied Health clinics. With every task I work on, I’m very appreciative to be able to draw on my extensive experience to benefit our wonderful Allied Health Admin Services clients.
I’m a highly organised, task orientated person and thrive in busy environments. This coupled with my friendly and helpful personality allows me to deliver a first-class service to our AHAS clients!
When I’m not helping with our clients administration needs, I love spending time with my family at my home on the sunny Gold Coast. I have a passion for indoor plants (which I almost always keep alive!) and love to get outside whenever I can.
I started my career as a piano tutor and then moved into the finance and banking industry. I have a strong background in all things numbers and finance and take pride in what I do.
With over 10 years finance and banking experience, I am a strong administrator with an extensive financial background and an excellent eye for detail, and extensive experience in a variety of commercial software, including cloud-based platforms, a variety of CRM systems, and the Office Suite.
I pride myself in the ability to be able to find solutions to any issue that I encounter in the workplace, and enjoy the challenge presented by new opportunities. I enjoy behind the scenes work, putting things/numbers in the right place.
At home, you will find me with my 4 birds, I enjoy going to the gym and martial arts training.
With over 25 years of working in the legal industry I made the decision to change industries and move over to the health industry. Whilst working in the legal industry I obtained extensive administration, finance and organisational skills which now assist me in my role with Allied Health Admin Services.
Being a small business owner, I am aware of the importance of the daily administration tasks and I take extreme pride in producing high quality work. I enjoy a challenge and love learning!
When I am not working for AHAS you can find me either helping my husband in our family business, volunteering for our local junior rugby league club or out in our boat enjoying our amazing waterways!
My career began in hospitality which gave me an invaluable introduction to customer service. It also allowed me to work and travel simultaneously. I moved into the corporate world and have been working for over 12 years in various positions that have given me experience across administration, logistical and project management roles.
I believe administration to be the backbone to a smooth operation, and in taking a systematic approach to the task at hand, no matter how big or small, or how often the task has been completed.
When I am not working you will find me baking sweets and spending my time with my fiancé and 2 little girls. We love heading to the beach for a splash and looking for sea-creatures in the rock pools.
