WOW, I cannot believe we have made it to the end of 2021.

I remember at the end of 2020 chatting with friends and family about the difficult and tumultuous year we had all had with the introduction of COVID-19 to Australia and how we were looking to be at the other end of it and 2021 was going to be all onward and upward.

Fast track to June 2021 and we were hit all over again but this time far worse than we could have imagined.

As a business owner, wife and mum of 3 I made some concrete plans at the end of 2021 to grow as a business leader, mum, wife, friend and all-round person.

I can honestly say, that even though things have not gone quite how I had hoped and planned this year, I have made some pretty great progress on my goals.

This year, I was nominated and announced as a Finalist in the AusMumpreneur awards for 2021 in 2 categories.  While I did not walk away with an award on the evening, I was completely in awe of the amazing women out there who are doing life and business just like I am.  The Ausmum community is now a solid part of my life.

Following on from this experience I decided now was the right time to engage with a Business Coach.  I found one of the most amazing women in the industry and I feel like I am now gain traction of what and where I want and need to be.  I have broken down every aspect of my life since commencing this coaching and I am rebuilding from the ground up not only for me but Allied Health Admin Services.

We also saw our first full time employee come onboard who happens to be our amazing Communications Manager.  WOW, how did we ever get to this point without you Annie?  You have not only made my life easier but the lives of all our clients and staff alike.

Allied Health Admin Services also entered a partnership with our favourite practice management system (PMS), BE Software – Iinsight.

This has been a game changer for us this year.  We are loving streamlining our new and existing client’s businesses with the upgrade to a PMS that will change the way their teams work, efficiency is the key here.

When I look back on these successes and others that I have reached this year I cannot wait for what 2022 holds for us.

To this end, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year.

See you in 2022!
